    Freelancing can be quite difficult to navigate as a career path unless you continuously check that you are moving toward an identified goal. You will have to invest a lot of time in studying your industry, understanding trends, forecasting the impact on your own niche. You will also need to upskill your competencies in marketing and creating proposals.

    If you manage to build long-term relationships with a marketplace and keep working for it, you could effectively transition from a freelancer to a solopreneur or an entrepreneur. This is a sustainable business where it’s possible to build a sustainable career path based on value brought to clients.
